In our 12-week program, we dive right into a comprehensive analysis of your current lifestyle and what makes you tick day to day. Expect an honest breakdown of the good, bad, and amazing elements of the life you live. From here, we will work over the next few months to optimize the way you live and cover a variety of subjects in the process. In the end, I want you to have the knowledge, confidence, and spirit to conquer your fat loss & fitness goals and live an improved life for years to come.

  • Accountability & positive guidance to implement lifestyle behaviors.

  • Personalized goal-setting approach.

  • Action plans to systemize new lifestyle behaviors.

  • 8 coaching sessions (≈ 45-60 minutes).

  • Weekly email check-ins & online support forms.

  • Availability of supplemental materials: blog posts, articles, handouts, etc.

Life is a complex journey that we all try our best to navigate. Upon completion of our 12-week program, some people need further support to continue towards their health and wellness goals. Our continued support option is a 6 month commitment where we can work together at a gradual pace to create significant, valuable, and sustaining change.
